KCNH Homework Club

ABOUT US

KCNH Homework club is a new initiative by our neighbourhood house which hopes to provide a welcoming, fun & safe space for local primary school students in grades 3-6 to come and receive support with their learning. Our volunteers will be on hand to read with students, help with homework and provide fun, creative, educational activities to build students’ engagement and confidence with learning.

KCNH will run on Tuesdays (during school terms) from 4pm to 5.30pm at the Kororoit Creek Neighbourhood House. and healthy snacks and drinks will be provided free of charge.

If you enjoy working with young people and being part of a welcoming, vibrant community, we’d love to hear from you!

KCNH Homework Club is a Child Safe Organisation and requires all volunteers to undergo a Working with Children Check (WWC) and induction/training session before commencing work. We can cover the cost of applying for your WWC. You can read more about Working with Children Checks here.
